Good Thursday morning! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend and are feeling refreshed and ready to take on the last month of 2017!

With the holidays quickly approaching, I feel like my calendar is filled until January 1st. Can anyone else relate here? This time of year always seems to be so busy and it is almost as if we have to schedule our downtime in order to have any at all. Well, my friend, Courtney, and I did just that last weekend. We set aside a day to spend in Downtown Durham and enjoy the 21c Museum Hotel. This day was the absolute best and I cannot wait to share more details of what we actually did for our GDO (girls day out)!

Before I unleash all of the details of what we did in Durham I wanted to share two outfits I chose to wear. One outfit is a casual, comfortable option and the other is a bit dressier. Both looks are very versatile and could be worn beyond a day out with your girlfriends (think all of those holiday events!).
