It’s Friday night and we’re hunkered down waiting for Winter Storm Helena. No complaints here though! I’m sipping on a little vino and reminiscing about our magical Christmas trip to NYC. In case you missed it on Instagram, my in-laws took us all to New York to celebrate our Christmas together. It was such a great way to spend the holiday with family.
Will and I did attempt to take a few photos with our Canon, but the majority of our photos were taken with our iPhones. So, before I start rambling on about everything I loved, here is my ‘photo-blog’ of our time spent in the city. If you have any questions about where we ate, visited, attended, or whatever, then please don’t hesitate to ask!

The view from our hotel room. We stayed at the Westin in Times Square. It was perfect for our trip and this view was unreal to wake up to every morning.

Top of the Rock at sunset.

Macaroons from Laduree in Soho

Heading to see the Rockettes.

Decorations around Rockefeller.

All of the store windows were gorgeous! We did so much while we were in New York, but surprisingly we did very little shopping. Something small I bought was a rollerball at Tory Burch. It smells great and it’s perfect to keep in my purse when I’m on the go.

Lotte Palace Tree – This was the most amazing tree I have ever seen! Also, it was a great area because it wasn’t super populated. We were able to take photos here without crowds in the background.

Tip while at Grand Central: FIND THE WHISPER WALL! You will be amazed!

Lunch in Harlem at Marcus Samuelsson’s restaurant, Red Rooster

Champagne and appetizers at The Plaza

Loved these glasses!

Brunch at 230 Fifth. As if the view wasn’t amazing enough, the rooftop at 230 Fifth had heated igloos. SO COOL.
