Hellooo February!
The first month of 2017 felt like a whirlwind. I was here, there, and everywhere for work, the blog, and some personal things.  After taking a quick glance at my 17 Intentions for 2017 I realized that I didn’t successfully complete a lot on this list. Some points I even forgot I wrote. You know what though, I’m okay with that. Today beings a new month and a new chance to work towards what I’d like to achieve this year. Also, if I’m trying to remain positive here, there are still eleven months left in this year.
To be clear I’m not totally bashing January. This past month has opened doors and allowed me to do things that were very memorable. This photo shoot is actually a great example of just that. I had the opportunity to organize a style shoot for Free People Movement, a favorite brand of mine. We shot in a local yoga studio in Durham, Hot Asana. The combination of these two could not have been more perfect. Both Free People and Hot Asana support openness, freedom, and positivity. Seeing two of my favorite brands join together so well was beautiful.
