Happy Friday, y’all!
I’m super excited for this weekend because my best friends and I are getting together in our hometown. It isn’t often that we are all able to get together. For this reason, I really look forward to times like these. This weekend is going to be extra special because we get to celebrate our friend, Owen, who is having a baby girl in a few weeks. Needless to say, it’s bound to be a very sweet weekend! 🙂

When I took photos in this outfit I had originally thought this is what I would wear to the baby shower. I might have to change it up though, because NC weather is absolutely bananas. Who would have thought in the dead of winter we would walk outside to 70 degrees?! I’m thankful this outfit is pretty simple with only 3 main items to coordinate (dress, shoes, and earrings).  If I need a cooler option, I have a sleeveless black dress in mind that I can substitute for this long sleeve one. Although, I really do hope it isn’t too warm so I can wear my new mod dress.

Alright, now I’m off to make a diaper cake! This is my first time attempting this and I’m a little nervous. Have any of you made one before? If so, please send me some tips!
