It’s Friday Eve – hooray! Today I’m finishing up my girl’s getaway with Meghan from I’m Fixin’ To blog.
We have spent the last 24 hrs at Fearrington Village. It has been an absolutely wonderful time and I hate that we have to leave today! Stay tuned because next week I’ll be sharing all about our trip.

Speaking of girl time: this coming weekend I am heading up to the lake with 7 of my best friends. Some of these girls I’ve been friends with since PRESCHOOL! To say we know everything about each other is an understatement. These relationships mean so much to me. There are only a couple of times a year we are all able to get together, so I have a feeling spending this weekend together will be one for the books.
All this talk about time with my girlfriends and I have yet to mention my outfit! Well, you may have guessed it, this outfit is one I would suggest for these exact events. Spending time with your friends is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. I know as women, we all like to look cute when we get together with our girls too! This outfit is incredibly easy to put together, comfortable, and right on trend with the mock neck LBD (little black dress). With three main pieces – dress, jacket, and boots – you’ll be stress-free about an outfit and more focused on your time together.
