This morning when I went out to walk Mindi it felt magnificent! The sun was still rising, there was a little breeze, and the temperature was only 70! I almost turned back for a jacket, then I thought, “no, enjoy these last few sleeveless days”. As much as I don’t want to admit it, summer is coming to an end. The only thing that pulls me out of the “summer blues” is thinking forward about fall fashion. Plus, right now New York Fashion Week is in full swing. I absolutely love watching (stalking) all my favorite designers during this time. The best that I have seen so far is Rebecca Minkoff inviting blogger babes to model during her show!! Even though I love seeing what’s on the runway for Spring ’17, I equally like viewing the street style. Everyone from celebrities to local bloggers are showing off their best outfits which typically involve a lot of fall trends.
My top 5 favorite fall trends are choker necklaces and necklines, cold shoulder tops and dresses, detailed denim, shearling jackets and coats, and velvet fabric!
